1. Do you ship to my country? Which carrier do you use and how long does delivery take?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

We use standard shipping services provided by major U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

2. Can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available from the carrier).

1. How do I cancel an order?

You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours after placing it.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

2. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

3. When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and approve your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

PayPal refunds usually take 1–2 business days, and credit card refunds may take 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

1. Are the books new or used?

All books sold on our website are clearly described on the product page. Condition details (such as new or specific edition information) are listed before purchase.

2. Do you offer customized or personalized books?

No. We do not offer customized or personalized products. All books are standard editions.
