1) Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Returned items must be in unused condition, with original packaging (if applicable), and include any items that came with the order.
  • To help us process your return quickly, please include your order number in your message.

For hygiene and resale reasons, we may refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, heavy wear, or missing components.

2) Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Final sale items (if marked as final sale at the time of purchase).
  • Items that are returned after the 14-day window.
  • Items that are used, have significant wear, or are returned in a condition that prevents resale.

3) Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Order changes (e.g., address or contact details) are available within 24 hours after placing the order.
  • Free cancellations are available within 24 hours after placing the order.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes aren't guaranteed after processing begins.

4) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help quickly.
  • When the issue is confirmed, we'll offer an appropriate resolution such as a replacement or refund (depending on availability and the situation).

5) How to Start a Return

  • Email us at support@qdcm01.com with:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you want to return
    • The reason for the return
    • Optional: photos (helpful for damage/defect claims)
  • If your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions and the return address.
  • Please send the package within 7 days after receiving approval.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Unannounced returns may be delayed or refused.

6) Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item) or a confirmed damage/defect, we will work with you to make it right and may cover or reimburse return shipping where appropriate.

7) Restocking Fees Simple & fair

  • We generally do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns in original, unused condition.
  • If a returned item is missing parts/packaging or arrives in a condition that reduces resale value, we may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Any deduction (if applicable) will be explained by our support team during the return review.

8) Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing typically takes 3–10 business days after approval. Timing can vary by bank/payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return is due to our error.

9) Refused Delivery / Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incomplete/incorrect address), we can help arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • If you refuse delivery after shipment, the order may be treated as a return once it comes back to us. Refunds (if eligible) will be processed after inspection, minus any non-recoverable shipping or carrier return charges.

If you need a different item, the fastest way is usually to place a new order and request a return for the original (if eligible). If we sent the wrong item, contact us and we'll fix it.
