This policy explains how returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges work for our book orders.

For hygiene and resale reasons, we may refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, heavy wear, or missing components.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, email us at support@qdcm01.com before sending anything back.
If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes aren't guaranteed after processing begins.
Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Unannounced returns may be delayed or refused.
Any deduction (if applicable) will be explained by our support team during the return review.
The return window starts on the delivery date shown by the carrier.
If you need a different item, the fastest way is usually to place a new order and request a return for the original (if eligible). If we sent the wrong item, contact us and we'll fix it.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the credit.
Email us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we'll help with a replacement or refund.
